At Cosmic Alignments, we are committed to delivering high-quality books that inspire growth, clarity, and inner balance. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following situations:

• The product received is damaged or defective
• You have received the wrong book

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
• The book must be unused and in original condition
• The product must be returned with original packaging
• Clear proof (images/videos) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of books and printed materials, the following are not eligible for return:

• Used, opened, or damaged books (after delivery)
• Items damaged due to mishandling
• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

Refunds

Once your return request is approved:

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• The amount will be credited to your original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may be asked to provide your bank details for refund processing.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

Important Note

Our books are carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. Minor variations in color or design (due to printing or display differences) are not considered defects.
